The Pinnacles on Mill St. in Brampton, Ontario, Canada
Welcome to the luxurious living of "The Pinnacles" on Mill St. in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, also known as 310, 320 & 330 Mill St.
These prestigious buildings are sought after because of their convenient location and the fact that they are nestled on a residential street, overlooking the majestic "Etobicoke Creek and Ravines".
As you pull up into the parking lot you are immediately greeted by the meticulous gardens & landscaping and the more than ample visitor parking.
Walking into the lobby, that rivals those found in the finest hotels; you are welcomed by the 24 hr. concierge and you can't help but be impressed by the vaulted ceilings, marble accents and the impeccable condition.
"The Pinnacles" are made up of three buildings that each have twelve floors of luxury living with each level hosting twelve supremely designed suites.
These beautiful units range in size from the 936 sq. ft. one bedroom to the 1346 sq. ft. two bedroom.
The facilities here resemble those of a health club with indoor pool,
sauna, billiard room, tennis courts, exercise room and more, while the buildings are monitored by state of the art security and as we mentioned a 24 hr. concierge who oversees the activities of the building and announces your guests to you.
One of the things we have always been impressed with at "The Pinnacles" on Mill St. is the fact that even though the security people know us well, we are not allowed entry unless we have the Owners permission.
Perfect for spring and summer days and nights, is the outdoor Gazebo. Curl up here and read
a book, enjoy a drink with your friends or just relax.
Each of the three buildings that make up "The Pinnacles" on Mill St. are individual condominium corporations, with their own management and reserve funds.
Everyone has their favourite building and the funny thing is, when we speak to an Owner in one of the buildings, they say theirs is the best.
We like them all!
We mentioned, "The Pinnacles" on Mill St. are ideally located and what we meant by that was that they are within walking distance to parks, major shopping, transportation and other amenities.
They are also within an easy drive to the local golf courses, recreation centres and major highway connections such as the Highway 410, 407 and 401.
If you have never visited these impressive buildings, do yourself a favour and call us at 905-450-5500 for your personal viewing.

Al & Peg, the Pinnacles are very lovely indeed. Nicely presented - I'm sure the residence will be thrilled to see their special place highlighted on the web!
Thanks Lee & Pamela
Bob made us get off our butts and blog blog blog...
Al and Peggy - I thought you had a well written post. I'm glad Bob is making us write these posts - it is harder than I thought it would be but it is a very good exercise.
Al & Peggy, The Pinnacles are just beautiful...so is the exterior. True luxury living at it's best with all those ammenities and beautiful grounds.
Hi Marc, hard to say the least, but agree it is a very good exercise. Actually we are enjoying putting it together, are you? Enjoyed your comments Marc.
Glad you like The Pinnacles Carole, that coming from a Feng Shui specialist! If we were going to live in a condo apartment, this is one we would consider. Love the Gazebo area. Thanks for visiting.
Peg, are you making Al do all the work for these posts? I can just see the Google juice now.
"Ample visitor parking"? Wow! We don't even have ample parking, much less for visitors! Maybe we don't want visitors to stay too long. Come, spend your money, and then go home, as quickly as possible -- LOL.
Great job on this post! I am glad it is successful for you. : )
