What countries are the worst at registering children?

2. 300,000 number of undocumented children in Bolivia.
3. 5,000,000 number of Mexicans lacking birth certificates in 2004.
4. 94% births in Afghanistan, 2000-08, that went unregistered.
5. 25% children born in area hospitals in Mumbai, India, that went without birth certificates.
6. 5% babies born in Somalia and Liberia are documented.

That's interesting. My birthdate was recorded wrong in Colombia. I get to celebrate it twice a year.
Al and Peggy,
I did not get in on time for the little challenge but those numbers/answers are mesmerizing. I would not have guessed that registration of child births was that bad in those countries.
Al & Peggy - I am stunned that 48 MILLION children go unrecorded each year, did I read that number correctly? WOW
That's a lot of unregistered little ones out there isn't it. 94% is pretty high for a country too.
