Make Monday Your Fun Day

Happy Good Monday Morning Active Rain, and Afternoon and Evening for you late viewers,

We woke this morning, skipped our exercising (bad eh), jumped into the Rain while we ate breakfast.  What's this?  Congratulations, congratulations, congratulations coming from all over... we were featured.

It's always nice reaching that "high point", trouble is, it never lasts long.  Got to thinking of all the things we have to do today.  Tie up some loose ends on a relocation deal, prepare for two listing appointments this afternoon, pick up flyers... fold them and get them to the Post Office.  Oh yea, prepare a post on a listing we took that is in Rosedale Village (topic of our above featured post).  Is it lunch time yet?  No... but it is Monday... it is going to be a great day, we hope it will be for you too.

Since it's Monday, and you also just found out you got featured, congratulations. I have the opportunity of showing homes to a new first timer. I can mold their minds any way I choose, huhaaaaaa! Great!

Al and Peg it sounds like you have a super busy day.  I think you will get the exercise you missed this morning.  What a dull rainy day it is.  At least the fog is lifting.  I'm working on an offer on the lowest priced listing in Oakville.  There is a funny story to it and I will share if it all goes together.

We know Karen, strange how that happens, but at least its a great song and not one of those aggravating commercial tunes! LOL Wow, great way to start the day for sure Robert! Good luck with it! Thanks Ed. Have fun with those clients, you devil you....mold! Hey Jenny, its raining here too, but at least it isn't snow, too much to do to mush through that. Oh lowest price in Oakville, we hear multiples coming......funny story? You have to share no matter what! Better late than never Chris, rain always makes starts late!! We always try and make them fundays! Thanks Wanda and we appreciate your support. Oh, Marc, you know we should have, but can you believe we haven't even done Tuesdays yet? YES!
