Hey Al & Peg, that's a style of condo that doesn't appear very much in most of Ct. There are similar types in Fairfield County, but they don't realize down there that they are still part of the state. They think they are the extra borough of NY.

Camelot on the Park looks like a ery nice secure place to live, like going to a resort hotel. I'm sure your clients will love it, no stairs, take the elevator.

Al & Peggy - The Camelot looks like a beautiful place to live with great amenities.  I would definitely be using the guests suites for family and friends when they come to visit, I'm sure it's a lot less than a hotel and they are right there.

Al and Peggy, and indoor pool, sign me up .......... LOL

I agree with Ed, there are very few Condo's like that here in Connecticut, though we do have one that is similar, but smaller here in Middletown.

Al & Peggy,

Rain or Shine Camelot seems to have something wonderful to add to the homeowning experience.

Hi Ed, its always interesting to hear what type of homes and condos are available in other areas.  This one certainly has outstanding facilities.

Oh ya its a great idea to have guests suites, Michelle for extended families and you are right they are right near by. Unique idea.

A swimmer are you George?  For years this was the only one Brampton had and then just a few years ago another one Rosedale Village came along. We are sure CT will get more.

Oh really Jim? Will have to scoot over and see what Russel is saying, thanks.

Thanks Steve, it is a great place. Forgot to mention most of the units have laundry rooms and solariums.

Thank you Marc, just a little bit of everything!

Can we sell you one Michael? They told us in real estate 101 we had to ask!

As a certified Building Operator and Maintenance Specialist who has resided here for the last 18 months I can state with authourity that:

Egress doors do not secure properly.  Fire Exits not cleared after snowfall.

The grounds are spotted all over with dog feces that the owners do not deign to clean up and building management ignores.

Poorly maintained grounds in summer and gross overuse of salt in winter.

Exposed wiring, unwrapped pipes dripping on stairwell floors, only one elevator for the last several weeks, etc, etc.

No super in residence, with the previous encumbent being unknowledgeable, lazy, dishonest and antagonistic and threatening to any resident who disagreed with him and a board that did nothing about it despite police involvement on several occasions.  He disappeared in December under suspicious circumstances which management plays down with typical PM BS.

The is no end to the litany of deficiencies at this site.  Why anybody would buy here under current management and condo board conditions is beyond me.

A truly beautiful area here and a building with huge potential being allowed to become a pit.  You might want to update your webpage.
