Al and Peggy's Corner: We Can Learn From Those You Would Least Expect

We Can Learn From Those You Would Least Expect

We Can Learn From Those You Would Least Expect

When the video below first aired, we missed it.  We saw it for the first time today and thought probably a lot of you might have missed it also.  It is worth the couple of minutes it takes to watch it.

There are many lessons in life for us to learn, who would have believed that an elephant and dog would be one of our teachers.

Have a look...

That is so sweet.  I was afraid that Bella was going to die. I just went to the Houston zoo with my daughter and there's a dog and cheetah that are friends there.

I saw this when it first aired, it is such a great story, there are many instances in the animal world where this sort of thing happens, somtimes we can really learn from our animal friends

Glad you liked it as much as we did Kathy. We were astounded! We were worried about that too Marchel! Oh would love to see the dog and cheetah and their antics! It was or is amazing, isn't it Dale? Yes, Michael if they can get along with their animal instincts, why can't we? Absolutely love animals, as you know Chris. We hadn't seen it before Gerry and when we saw it yesterday, we were amazed that can happen? Especially how gentle Tarra was with Bella.

I've seen this one before and it's truly amazing how two diverse creatures can be so close. We should all take a lesson from this video.

Hey Al & Peg, the pachyderm and the pooch. It's not out of the realm for mixed species in the animal kingdom to bond. Makes you wonder who is supposed to be the smarter ones?

What an adorable story! You'd think the sheer size of the elephant would be a danger to the dog, but she's so gentle! And it's amazing how lonely she was when her little friend was sick. I love these kinds of stories.

My mom sent that to me a couple of days ago. She must hang out at the same place you do. I wonder if that's good or bad. LOL

My mother-in-law (who happens to be Jim's mom--see comment above mine) sent that to me, probably the same time she sent it to Jim. LOL
