It's Time To Think About, Back To School, In Brampton, Ontario, Canada

It's been a great summer, fantastic weather, lots going on with interesting things available to do, but here in Brampton, Ontario, Canada; mid August and the opening of the Canadian National Exhibition, makes our minds start to think of the school days ahead.

Early mornings, structured days and clothes can sometimes create havoc on the kids
after they have enjoyed many weeks of late nights, sleeping in, free & easy clothing and carefree days.

As every parent knows, it takes patience and planning to make the transition from summer days to school days a smooth one.  Here are a few tips to make it a bit easier on everyone.

Al and Peggy, I know of a few parents that can't wait to get the little darlings back to school.  I wonder why? :)

Hi Al and Peggy - Have you bought your discount tickets to The Ex yet (Canadian National Exhibition) yet?  You must buy them by Thursday, August 19, 2010.  I had a post about a week ago but then I heard a radio ad that they are selling opening day tickets for $8.  Let's go to The Ex!!! (and don't forget to take the kids).

It's always time to think about it, once the Ex opens. However, I haven't been there for a few years.

Traffic is picking up around San Diego State University, so I'm forced sometimes to take alternate routes home. It can get to be a real mess on the freeway over there when 35,000 students and 5,000 teachers all want to get to the same place at the same time.
