April Showers Bring May Flowers - Speechless Sunday

April Showers Bring May Flowers - Speechless Sunday

They say April showers bring May flowers,
and we are okay with that because they are gorgeous flowers.

Assorted Flowers

But someone, please tell Mother Nature it is May 1st, and she can turn off the water flow now!

As the saying goes... April Showers bring May Flowers.  And what to May Flowers bring ?  Pilgrims.  Sorry, but I just could not resist.

Hey kids, the yard is starting to be colorful, the Dogwood is in full bloom, the tulips are out, as are the hyacinths. The azaleas are starting to show buds. We're getting there, HooRay!!!!!!!!!!

Peggy and Al,

Chip and I were able to get 2 full days of gardening in this week.  I need to schedule appointments around weeding and planting but your photo reminds me why it is worth the effort!

Al and Peggy, our grass is green, really, front and back.  Last week it was brown.  Looking forward to the flowers...

Al and Peggy, I agree, enough with the rain and the gloomy skies, let the sun shine through. Please.
