Zero lotline homes are great for your professionals without time and seniors who don't wish to do all that work any longer.

To answer the question to accommodate as many houses as possible in the area provided, the homes were staggered on the lot lines, hence the name Zero Lots.  With the homes staggered on the lot lines instead of in the middle of a lot, meant some homes had front yards or side yards instead of back yards. It was a well accepted idea that helped families have their own home and their own yard.
